MANITOBA HARVEST - Shelled Hemp Seed
Comes in a seal able bag. Has a delicious nutty flavor. Always fresh. Manitoba Harvest shelled hemp seeds are also known as hemp hearts they are made by removing the hard outer shell and packing the most nutritious part of the hemp seed, the inner kernel. They insure quality by packaging their own products daily in their kosher and organic certified facility. Their hemp seeds are grown without pesticides by Canadian family farmers.
A delicious source of omega 3 and 6 Essential fatty Acids (EFA's), providing one with all of the essential Amino Acids (protein). Their product is Gluten Free, and nut free.
They do recommend that the container be refrigerated after opening.

Quite impressive! It can be made into fruit shakes in the morning for busy workers
with little time for breakfast, or placed on cereal if you have the time. You can make excellent cookies with hemp hearts, the list goes on and on, wonderful product!
